When integrating with these systems, typically our goals are to allow our client’s users to access more of their data, thus reducing the required interaction time and cost while directly improving the customer’s experience. This can come in the form of a user being able to update their contact details, renew their membership, pay for an order on the website and have it instantly be recorded in our client’s accounting system.
