The National Response Centre (NRC) asked iugo to tender for the development of their online presence which iugo proceeded to win. The task was to create an information-based website which took their current branding and extend it to their internet site. Other features for the site were to create a navigation which met W3C standards for XHTML and CSS along with various accessibility guidelines. A search engine was deployed to search the site's content and the site was designed to improve search engine optimisation (SEO) for improved rankings.
The NRC provide call management to a large number of utilities throughout Australia. These calls can be either emergencies or non-urgent network faults, and the NRC communicate these calls to the utilities.
