Greg Mason of Mason Management approached Iugo regarding creating a website to feature his skills and expertise as a mortgage broker amongst other things. Greg has a high emphasis on customer service and he saw that by utilising a website for his successful business, he could continue communication with this clients in a non-invasive manner. He could also alert his customers to new trends, products that might be of use and how they can best use their assets for financial gain.
Iugo's role was to create the look-and-feel for the site which emphasised the professionalism that Greg has to his work and to also provide highly useful information in an easily accessible format. As Greg has a large range of expertise and services, explaining in detail what these are and how these can help was also a significant requirement for the website.
Other features have since been added to the site such as calculators, reader competitions and so-on which have again proved very successful.
