The Elders Real Estate website has the following main features:

- A Keep Me Posted feature that allows user to request an email message when listings are added to the website that match their criteria.

The Elders solution has many behind the scenes processes that aren't accessed from any website. The Internet is used as medium to transfer data between applications, examples of this are:
- Property listings from the Elders system are uploaded to real estate portals (Realestate.com.au, Domain and Homehound) using XML and CSV data formats.
- Property listings are also received from agent's desktop applications. These uploads are processed and published to the Elders Real Estate website.
