New project management methodology launched

We have been working with a project management consultant for the past 6 months or so on how we can improve upon the way in which we communicate with clients, communicate internally and generally improve our processes.
It's been an extensive exercise which has culminated in a methodology we're extremely proud of. We've taken a best-of-breed approach to the process and we believe we've come up with a system which keeps our core strengths (flexibility, customer focus) intact however improves the process of what's done when, explains the "why" we do things and improves overall communication.
What does this mean to you as one of our valued clients (or hopefully soon-to-be clients)? We think a better experience with your project. You'll know from the outset what we're going to do, what we're going to require from you, how it will be done and when you can expect to see the end product complete and working. And if we get it right, we expect to be on time and on budget.
Obviously something this major takes time to bed down and we will likely ask for your input along the way to see how we're doing. Please be open and honest with your feedback - we need it so we can improve.
